Quilted Bigleaf Maple
by: Arnie Gamble

Larry Davis (Co-Owner)
Several years ago a Hazelnut farmer in Oregon gave me a huge maple log he had felled two years previously. When I opened it with my chainsaw it was unbelievable. Reds and yellows marbled with a delicate lacing of black lines. My first spalted maple!!! Hooked, I bought a sawmill and began milling and collecting beautiful "gallery quality" craftwoods.
Please enjoy your visit with us and thank you for allowing me to share with you. Larry Davis
